If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us first via email at sofancyhairsalon@gmail.com to get a return authorization number BEFORE you send back the items. Any Unauthorized returns will be refused.

With Covid 19 and the natual of the products we sell we CAN NOT accept products back on returns. We will accept tools that have been not been used and have not been open. Any apparel item purchased can be returned within 30 days at the cost of the customer. 

If a return has been determined necessary then a refund will be issued after the item has been returned and minus a 10% restocking fee. Improperly handled, or damaged due to improper care will not be eligible to be returned.
